This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• You will be responsible for managing clinical trial deliverables, utilizing your expertise to tackle complex challenges.
• Offering administrative support for clinical trials, which includes managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining trial-related records.
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents while ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance trial operations and address any issues that may arise during the study.
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of the trial, including managing communications with sites and ensuring the timely delivery of study materials.
• Developing and sustaining strong relationships with site personnel and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations and contribute to overall project success.
• A bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.
• Prior working experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company within clinical research.
• Extensive experience in a clinical trial support capacity, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Proficient in clinical trial management systems and relevant software, with a meticulous attention to detail in documentation and data management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).
