Business Listings & Citation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance business listings on key platforms such as Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, and Yahoo.

• Detect and rectify discrepancies to ensure listings are precise, thorough, and cohesive.

• Create and uphold a reliable “source of truth” for essential business information, including NAPW: Name, Address, Phone, and Website.

• Collaborate closely with technology vendors to define and enhance processes, standards, and best practices.

• Provide troubleshooting assistance and support to dealership teams with listing-related inquiries and issues.

• Activate new features and functionalities (e.g., messaging, integrations) across various platforms.

• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution by utilizing UTM parameters and analytics connections (GSC, GA).

• Oversee tracking phone lines and maintain consistency across directories.

• Ensure category alignment across Sales, Service, Parts, Body Shop, and additional divisions.

• Confirm and monitor business entities, ensuring precision for both new and existing locations.

• Work collaboratively with SEO, Website, and Digital Marketing teams to enhance overall performance.

• Previous experience with listings and citation platforms such as Google, Bing, and Apple Maps.

• Understanding of social media and reputation management and their relationship with SEO.

• Analytical mindset complemented by robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Capability to coach and influence others to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
