Senior Cold Outbound Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance email deliverability metrics (open/click/reply rates)

• Gradually increase the reputation and management of multiple domains, inboxes, and sending infrastructure

• Detect and resolve deliverability challenges (e.g., spam flags, blacklists)

• Collaborate with various email platforms, including Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.

• Assess and implement AI or automation solutions to improve outreach effectiveness

• Assist internal teams with campaign analysis and performance metrics reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on cold outbound

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale email campaigns (10k–20k/day)

• In-depth understanding of email infrastructure, domain warming, and DNS configuration

• Proficient in technical troubleshooting, analytics, and optimizing email performance metrics

• Experience with a diverse array of email platforms such as Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.

• Knowledgeable about inbox rotation, subdomains, and reply routing methodologies

• Strong grasp of AI-driven tools and automation processes designed to enhance outreach efficiency, personalization, and large-scale deliverability

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently
