Senior Codev Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop and promote clear and achievable production plans.

• Monitor and manage progress in relation to overarching project timelines and budgets.

• Comprehend overall project objectives and utilize them to guide planning and decisions regarding co-development and external development.

• Create production pipelines and workflows for co-development and external development collaborations.

• Refine production processes over time to enhance our collaboration, transparency, and efficiency.

• Work alongside the Executive Producer and other producers to synchronize production plans across all development areas.

• Support the Executive Producer in overseeing co-development production budgets, which include both staffing and development expenses.

• Assist Studio Operations in generating and executing contracts, as well as monitoring related deliverables.

• Cultivate, develop, and sustain relationships with co-development and external development partners.

• Operate with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment outside of established production norms when required.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the studio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in game development within a production capacity.

• Proven track record of working closely with external development partners in game development.

• Excellent communication skills, outstanding analytical abilities, and keen attention to detail.

• Strong social intelligence, exceptional interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams.

• Robust critical thinking abilities, results-driven, and composed under pressure.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, including effectively leading a team in such situations.

• Dedication to the principles of servant leadership.

• Proficient in JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Shotgrid, or similar production tools.

• Experience in working on a live game ("games as a service").
