• Take charge of daily content operations for websites and digital platforms managed by AEM.
• Strategically plan, prioritize, and supervise content publishing activities across various markets, brands, and languages.
• Manage content delivery timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate publishing schedules.
• Establish and uphold authoring standards, content governance processes, and editorial workflows.
• Create best practices for component usage, template structure, content consistency, metadata standards, publishing approvals, and version control.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain content quality standards.
• Develop, edit, manage, and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Configure and oversee pages, components, editable templates, content fragments, experience fragments, and content policies.
• Assist business users and content teams with authoring guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Administer multi-site content operations utilizing AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM).
• Supervise live copies, language copies, rollouts, and inheritance management tasks.
• Coordinate localization and translation workflows for regional and multilingual sites, including support for RTL content.
• Manage digital assets within AEM Assets (DAM).
• Ensure consistency, organization, and optimization of assets across digital channels.
• Handle AEM workflows related to content review, approval processes, scheduling, replication, and publishing.
• Monitor the health of publishing and troubleshoot any replication or rendering issues.
• Lead quality assurance for content prior to go-live and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new components, templates, and platform enhancements.
• Mentor junior content authors and CMS specialists.
• Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, product, design, development, QA, and content teams.
• Ensure all published content adheres to SEO best practices and complies with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Analyze content performance using tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Troubleshoot authoring, rendering, workflow, and replication challenges in AEM.
• Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing authoring efficiency, governance, and publishing workflows.
• Over 6 years of experience in web content management and digital publishing.
• More than 4 years of practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets.
• At least 2 years in a senior, lead, or managerial position overseeing content operations or content teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise content in multi-site, multi-market, and multilingual settings.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in: AEM Sites authoring, Components and dialogs, Editable Templates, Content Policies, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments.
• Extensive experience with AEM Assets (DAM), including: Asset uploads, Metadata management, Renditions, Folder governance.
• Knowledge of AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM), including: Live Copies, Rollouts, Language Copies, Inheritance management.
• Proficiency in managing AEM workflows for approvals, replication, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service is highly preferred.
• Experience in defining: Authoring standards, Editorial workflows, Style guides, Governance models, Component usage guidelines.
• Experience in managing: Editorial calendars, Release planning, Content prioritization, Translation coordination.
• Experience supporting multilingual and RTL content operations.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for content troubleshooting and formatting.
• Understanding of: SEO fundamentals, Structured metadata, URL hierarchy, On-page optimization.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with image and media optimization for web delivery.
• Experience with: JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, and similar workflow/documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Adobe Certified Professional or Expert — AEM Sites Business Practitioner is a plus.
• Experience with: Adobe Target, Tealium, Personalization workflows, Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Familiarity with Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, Storyblok.
• Understanding of Headless CMS architectures and AEM Content Services.
• Background in digital marketing, UX, or web design.
• Proficiency in reading Arabic for RTL content QA.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to content quality.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and parallel workstreams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
