Senior Cluster MHPSS Specialist – TeamUp, FamilyPlay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Ensure the efficient coordination, coherence, and consistent execution of a designated portfolio of War Child’s Evidence-Based Methods (EBMs) within a specific thematic area across an assigned cluster of partners and countries.

• Adapt strategies, standards, and methodologies into contextually appropriate thematic/EBM support for partners.

• Supervise EBM quality assurance, partner onboarding, thematic guidance, and adaptive learning within the cluster.

• Enhance organizational and partner capacity in MHPSS EBMs through training, mentoring, and scalable learning techniques.

• Represent and elevate the profile and reputation of War Child's EBM Care System Portfolio and thematic expertise in relevant external forums.

• Contribute to the learning agenda for EBMs within your portfolio, including gathering and sharing insights on partner experiences and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant academic background or a closely related discipline.

• Significant experience in the thematic area, especially in humanitarian or post-conflict settings.

• Proven experience collaborating with partners on the co-creation and implementation of programs.

• Demonstrated expertise in program design, needs assessments, learning cycles, and quality assurance.

• Experience in developing methodologies, tools, guidelines, training, and learning materials.

• Background in facilitating trainings, workshops, and virtual learning experiences.

• Experience in program or grant management is a plus.

• Fluency in English is essential for this position.

• Proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous depending on stakeholder groups and organizational context, such as Arabic, Dari, French, Spanish, or Ukrainian.
