Senior Cloud Solution Consultant

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive SaaS onboarding solutions utilizing REST/JSON APIs and ETL workflows.

• Convert customer business needs into actionable technical plans, identifying dependencies and delivery timelines.

• Act as a trusted advisor for customers, engaging in regular check-ins and proactively recognizing risks, optimization possibilities, and value realization.

• Identify, evaluate, and alleviate delivery risks proactively, managing escalations until resolution.

• Collaborate with Delivery Teams, Project Managers, Broadband Service Providers, and OSS/BSS vendors to ensure successful and timely implementations.

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, and Success teams on implementations, testing, and internal initiatives.

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base materials.

• Provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), project status, and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Ensure that all customer solutions adhere to security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing, integrating, and supporting cloud applications using REST/JSON APIs and complex data sets.

• Strong knowledge of microservices-based architectures and API orchestration.

• Advanced understanding of database technologies, including SQL schema design, functions, and performance optimization.

• Proficient in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQLAlchemy for data analysis and automation.

• Practical experience with service provider networking technologies, including NetFlow/IPFIX, TR-69, DHCP (Option-82/43), NAT/CGNAT, GPON, DSL, and Layer 2/Layer 3 routing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence and facilitation experience.

• Proven track record of working independently, managing multiple complex initiatives, and quickly adapting in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
