Senior Cloud Services Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and implementing various components of specific client projects, ranging from the initial setup to the final billing process.

• Developing project plans that outline the scope of work, including deliverable lists and deadlines, scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, budget management, and revenue forecasts.

• Ensuring that the outputs of the case/client team meet the quality standards established in the project plan and adhere to the quality benchmarks set by the Professional Services management team.

• Delivering exceptional client service in high-pressure, deadline-oriented situations while ensuring the timely production of quality work.

• Recognizing opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in a technical field.

• A minimum of five years of experience in a service or consulting firm directly addressing the litigation requirements of corporations or law firms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.

• Familiarity with the litigation lifecycle, EDRM, litigation document review processes and workflows, complex litigation-related searches, Technology Assisted Review, and Continuous Active Learning.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technological expertise.

• Technical undergraduate and/or advanced degrees are advantageous (JD, MS, MBA).
