Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create and execute plans focused on ensuring availability, scalability, and performance for service environments.

• Develop security features while promoting the adoption of security best practices and architectural enhancements across the organization through advocacy and education.

• Take charge of automating the deployment and configuration of infrastructure, spearhead the development of CI/CD pipelines for applications, and establish CI/CD best practices within the team.

• Carry out development, automation, and deployment tasks independently.

• Offer leadership, guidance, and support in application development and cloud technologies to fellow team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Linux, including skills in scripting, networking, storage, and releases.

• More than 4 years of experience in the build process and maintenance of continuous integration environments, particularly with AWS.

• Strong comprehension of infrastructure as code and principles of immutability.

• Familiarity with high-traffic, distributed systems architectures and related tools, such as service discovery and configuration/secret management.

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes.

• Experience with Golang is considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in French is preferred.
