This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Oversee WWF’s Azure infrastructure within both production and staging environments.
• Provision subscriptions and necessary resources.
• Create and deploy Windows, SQL, Red Hat, and firewall virtual machines.
• Configure Microsoft Entra tenants and handle SSO via Azure Enterprise Apps.
• Ensure secure RBAC and manage user groups effectively.
• Proactively implement system patches.
• Utilize PowerShell and Graph API to streamline Azure management and workflows.
• Develop backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshoot networking issues across VNETs, sites, and tenants.
• Manage firewalls, load balancers, DNS, Azure, and Cloudflare.
• Act as the subject-matter expert for Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 matters.
• Lead projects from inception to completion while communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide support to WWF-US and Country Offices throughout South America, Central America, Africa, and Asia.
• Offer occasional after-hours or weekend assistance for critical outages and scheduled maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years in IT roles.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Experience in managing large-scale enterprise IT systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with highly available and resilient Azure production systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, cloud networking, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and both Windows and Linux servers.
• Skilled in managing Windows domains and Active Directory.
• Proficient in using PowerShell and Graph API for Azure management, workflow automation, and deployment orchestration.
• Knowledgeable in provisioning and managing access for Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Foundry.
• Experience in integrating Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents into enterprise Azure/M365 environments, including the configuration and governance of data access controls.
• Significant experience in building, deploying, and managing virtual machines in Azure from the ground up.
• Ability to diagnose complex cloud or hybrid system issues and create scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Familiarity with methodologies for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Enterprise-scale expertise in infrastructure, Azure cloud architecture, identity and access management with Entra ID, and AI-driven automation technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring Microsoft Entra tenants and domains, including DNS and VNET setup.
• Capacity to multitask and navigate intricate business and cloud environments.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, documentation, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Must currently reside and be authorized to work in Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Suriname, or Guyana.
