This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Design and oversee WWF’s Azure infrastructure.
• Set up Azure subscriptions and associated resources.
• Create and implement Windows, SQL, Red Hat, and firewall virtual machines in both production and staging environments.
• Configure Microsoft Entra tenants and handle SSO via Azure Enterprise Applications.
• Ensure secure RBAC and manage user groups effectively.
• Proactively apply system patches.
• Automate Azure management tasks using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Develop backup strategies and disaster recovery protocols.
• Diagnose networking issues across VNETs, sites, and tenants.
• Oversee firewalls, load balancers, and manage Azure and Cloudflare DNS.
• Act as the escalation point for Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 challenges.
• Lead projects from inception to completion while engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Occasionally work after hours or on weekends for critical outages or planned maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field along with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in IT roles.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Must be currently located and authorized to work in Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Suriname, or Guyana.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale enterprise IT systems.
• Extensive practical knowledge in managing highly available and resilient Azure production environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, cloud networking, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and both Windows and Linux servers.
• Proficient in administering Windows domains and Active Directory.
• Expertise in using PowerShell and Graph API for Azure management, workflow automation, and deployment orchestration.
• Familiar with provisioning and managing access for Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Foundry.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot for M365, including Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents, into enterprise Azure/M365 settings, focusing on data access-control configuration and governance.
• Extensive experience in building, deploying, and managing Azure virtual machines from the ground up.
• Proven track record in diagnosing complex cloud or hybrid system issues and creating scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Well-developed methodologies for identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Enterprise-level expertise in infrastructure, Azure cloud architecture, identity and access management with Entra ID, and AI-driven automation technologies.
• Skills in configuring Microsoft Entra tenants and domains, including DNS and VNET configurations.
• A strong commitment to fostering and enhancing a culture of inclusion.
