This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Oversee WWF’s Azure infrastructure, which includes managing subscriptions, resource provisioning, and Windows, SQL, Red Hat, and firewall virtual machines in both production and staging environments.
• Set up Microsoft Entra tenants and handle SSO through Azure Enterprise Applications.
• Ensure secure role-based access control (RBAC) and manage user groups.
• Proactively implement system patches.
• Automate workflows utilizing PowerShell and Graph API.
• Develop backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshoot networking issues across VNETs, sites, and tenants.
• Manage firewalls, load balancers, and DNS via Azure and Cloudflare.
• Deliver expert support for Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365-related challenges.
• Lead projects from start to finish while maintaining communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Enable seamless operations for WWF-US and Country Offices across South America, Central America, Africa, and Asia.
• Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend work in response to critical outages or scheduled maintenance.
• A degree in IT or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in IT.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Experience in managing large-scale enterprise IT systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with highly available and resilient Azure production systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, cloud networking, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and both Windows and Linux servers.
• Proficient in managing Windows domains and Active Directory.
• Expertise in using PowerShell and Graph API for Azure management, workflow automation, and deployment orchestration.
• Familiar with provisioning and managing access for Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Foundry.
• Experience in integrating Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents into enterprise Azure/M365 environments, including the configuration and governance of data access controls.
• Significant experience in building, deploying, and managing virtual machines in Azure from the ground up.
• A proven track record of diagnosing complex cloud or hybrid system issues and creating scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Well-developed methodologies for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Broad enterprise-scale expertise in infrastructure, Azure cloud architecture, identity and access management with Entra ID, and emerging AI-driven automation technologies.
• Skills in configuring Microsoft Entra tenants and domains, including DNS and VNET setups.
• A commitment to fostering and enhancing a culture of inclusion.

• Must be currently located and authorized to work in Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Suriname, or Guyana.
