This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Take ownership and design WWF's Azure infrastructure.
• Create subscriptions, provision resources, and set up/deploy Windows, SQL, Red Hat, and firewall VMs in both production and staging environments.
• Configure Microsoft Entra tenants and oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) via Azure Enterprise Applications.
• Ensure secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and manage user groups.
• Proactively apply system patches and automate tasks utilizing PowerShell and Graph API.
• Develop backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Diagnose networking issues across Virtual Networks (VNETs), sites, and tenants.
• Administer firewalls, load balancers, and manage Azure and Cloudflare DNS.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365-related matters.
• Lead projects from start to finish while keeping both technical and non-technical stakeholders informed.
• Provide support to WWF-US and country offices in South America, Central America, Africa, and Asia.
• Occasionally work after hours or on weekends for critical outages or scheduled maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 6 years in the IT sector.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise IT systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with highly available and resilient Azure production environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, cloud networking, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows and Linux servers.
• Skilled in managing Windows domains and Active Directory.
• Proficient in using PowerShell and Graph API for Azure management, workflow automation, and deployment orchestration.
• Familiar with provisioning and managing access for Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Foundry.
• Experience in integrating Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents into enterprise Azure/M365 environments, including data access control configuration and governance.
• Significant experience in building, deploying, and managing Azure virtual machines.
• Ability to diagnose complex cloud or hybrid system challenges and create scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Enterprise-level expertise in infrastructure, Azure cloud architecture, identity and access management with Entra ID, and AI-driven automation technologies.
• Proficient in configuring Microsoft Entra tenants and domains, including DNS and VNET configuration.
• Legally authorized to work in the job's location; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
• Candidates must currently reside in and be authorized to work in Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Suriname, or Guyana.
