Senior Cloud CRM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Actively guide customers towards Veeva and industry-leading practices

• Comprehend intricate business processes and convert them into technical specifications

• Execute system configuration adjustments and manage data migrations

• Enable new product functionalities and guarantee smooth integration

• Diagnose system issues and offer prompt solutions

• Create and present training materials and facilitate training sessions

• Generate analytical reports to aid in business decision-making

• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g., CRM)

• Background in customer-facing roles and/or consulting, with the ability to manage client expectations

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional development

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English

• Capability to work autonomously

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
