This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI-driven infrastructure and workflows that produce outfit images, styled bundles, and recommendations for enterprise retailers.

• Create PostgreSQL schemas and integrate them with LLM APIs.

• Manage multi-step workflows utilizing Temporal and implement RAG pipelines with Qdrant.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Clojure / ClojureScript Expertise: Extensive production experience with Clojure, a profound understanding of functional programming, and familiarity with the ecosystem (shadow-cljs, re-frame, reagent).

• Databases & SQL: Strong experience in modeling complex domains, designing schemas, writing optimized queries, and handling migrations in PostgreSQL.

• LLM & AI Practical Knowledge: Practical experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, context windows, and managing non-deterministic outputs in a production environment.

• Collaborative Mindset: Energetic team player who thrives in real-time architecture discussions and enjoys solving technical challenges "out loud."

• Advanced English: Proficient in conveying complex technical designs and engaging in live engineering synchronizations.
