Senior Clinical Trials IT Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee business and technical analysis for technology solutions in clinical development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish reporting needs and configure systems.

• Assist in the implementation and management of diverse clinical IT systems.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and validation procedures.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate the deployment of systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research and/or clinical IT systems (e.g., STARLIMS Life Sciences).

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis within regulated (GxP) environments.

• Preferred certifications include CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or Agile.

• Experience in global clinical trial settings.

• Familiarity with CDISC, SDTM, and clinical data standards.

• Proficient in using reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

• Knowledge of cloud-based clinical systems (e.g., Veeva, Medidata, Oracle Clinical, BioClinical, etc.).

• Strong comprehension of the lab clinical trial lifecycle.

• Practical experience with LIMS/LIS clinical platforms (e.g., STARLIMS Life Sciences).

• Experience in system validation and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Understanding of system integrations and data workflows.
