Senior Clinical Trial Manager – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide the clinical site management team from the initiation of the study until its completion.

• Act as the main liaison and representative for Clinical Management regarding monitoring and site-related activities throughout the project.

• Function as the primary contact for the sponsor.

• Oversee monitoring deliverables to ensure adherence to the study's budget.

• Recognize activities that fall outside the defined scope.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.

• Capability to lead and inspire a remote team effectively.

• Proven initiative along with strong problem-solving skills.

• A strong customer-centric approach and the ability to engage professionally with sponsor contacts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or a Nursing Degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles such as Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or equivalent.

• At least 4 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Experience in oncology is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.
