Senior Clinical Trial Manager – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide the clinical site management team members from the initiation of the study to its conclusion.

• Act as the main contact and representative for clinical monitoring and site activities throughout the project.

• Function as the primary liaison for the Sponsor.

• Oversee monitoring deliverables to ensure adherence to the study budget.

• Recognize activities that fall outside the defined scope.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.

• Capability to lead and inspire a remote team.

• Show initiative and problem-solving aptitude by proposing solutions when challenges arise.

• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage professionally with a sponsor contact.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Nursing Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or a similar role.

• At least 4 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Experience in oncology is essential.

• Openness to travel up to 30% of the time.
