This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Oversee the operational execution of assigned clinical trials, ensuring that milestones, timelines, budgetary expectations, and quality standards are met.
• Propel study initiation activities, site activation, enrollment strategies, and study execution until database lock.
• Provide oversight on study advancement, monitoring activities, clinical metrics, and site performance.
• Create and implement effective study oversight plans, monitoring strategies, and risk mitigation tactics.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively apply solutions to guarantee successful study delivery.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with sponsors, investigators, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evaluate study performance metrics and deliver regular status updates and reports.
• Assist, mentor, and collaborate with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other members of the study team.
• Ensure compliance of all clinical trial activities with protocol requirements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and relevant regulatory standards.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive Clinical Trial Management experience in a CRO (preferred), pharmaceutical, or biotechnology setting.
• Proven capability to successfully lead and deliver clinical studies from initiation through to closeout.
• Strong grasp of clinical trial operations, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Experience in managing study timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve complex operational challenges, and drive study execution.
• Prior monitoring experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing global and/or complex clinical trials is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
