Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical trials.

• Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate the delivery of clinical trial management, address issues, and enhance team capabilities.

• Supervise the clinical budget and guarantee effective resource allocation.

• Create monitoring plans and tools for effective study oversight.

• Provide training and mentorship to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Lead enrollment efforts and spearhead study start-up activities.

• Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventive action plans as needed.

• Cultivate productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Offer strategic guidance to ensure the successful outcomes of clinical trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role within a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant disciplines.

• At least 10+ years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• Preferred: 2+ years of monitoring experience.

• Experience with complex protocols, including MASH/NASH, Radiopharmaceutical, or other specialized therapeutic areas, is highly regarded.

• Experience in managing complex or global trials is a plus.

• Preferred: Experience overseeing all trial components from start-up to database lock.

• This position is designed for seasoned CTM professionals; entry-level CTM experience alone will not suffice.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
