Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of clinical trials.

• Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality results across clinical programs.

• Manage the clinical budget to guarantee effective resource distribution.

• Create monitoring plans and tools to ensure robust study oversight.

• Provide training and mentorship to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to enhance their performance.

• Lead enrollment efforts and initiate study activities while maintaining adherence to timelines.

• Assess trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans when necessary.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role within a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or a related field.

• At least 10+ years of pertinent experience in managing clinical trials.

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in monitoring.

• Experience in managing complex or global trials is a plus.

• Preferred: Experience overseeing all trial components from initiation to database lock.

• Preferred: Experience in coaching or mentoring other Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), leading a team of CTMs, and engaging in departmental initiatives.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
