Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the operational delivery of clinical components within a trial, which encompasses site selection, initiation, enrollment management, site engagement and support, monitoring planning and execution, data cleaning activities, and trial close-out.

• Ensure the successful execution of assigned trials while meeting all trial deliverables.

• Facilitate effective communication, regulatory documentation, and continuous oversight of designated trial(s) by collaborating closely with other team members across functions.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members.

• Recognize challenges related to study timelines and deliverables, proposing innovative action plans to the team/sponsor.

• Guide Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in building relationships with sites to ensure high-quality oversight of monitoring, regulatory compliance, investigational product (IP) management, site payment, and overall site communication activities.

• Keep the team focused on study priorities by fostering efficient cross-functional collaboration and effective communication to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field, including experience in oncology.

• Proven experience leading the clinical aspects of studies across multiple countries within a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company, specifically in a dedicated 'clinical lead' position.

• Extensive clinical trial management experience in the oncology field.

• Solid understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Proficient communication skills in the English language are essential.
