This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Overseeing and coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of the highest quality standards.
• Managing project and programme delivery, addressing issues as they arise, and enhancing team capabilities.
• Crafting and overseeing comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee effective project execution.
• Leading cross-functional project teams, aligning efforts to achieve project goals, and facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
• Tracking project advancements, recognizing potential risks and issues, and executing strategies to mitigate challenges and maintain project timelines.
• Interacting with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
• Compiling and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance indicators to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy).
• Six years of clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical sector or a Clinical Research Organization (CRO).
• Experience in specific therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and relevant local laws and regulations.
• Extensive operational knowledge in clinical research.
• Proven success in managing various trial aspects from initiation to database lock and trial completion.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to proactively steer the Study Management Team through critical trial phases, alongside effective delegation skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in guiding a team from its formation to functioning as a high-performing entity.
• Experience coordinating global or regional teams in a virtual setting.
• Proven capacity to enhance team productivity and cohesion.
