Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Carry out one or more components of clinical studies in accordance with ICH/GCP, Global Regulations, and AbbVie policies and procedures.

• Assist the Study Project Manager in directing the cross-functional study team.

• Aid in the preparation of clinical study team meetings, which includes developing agendas and taking minutes.

• Provide consistent updates on study status to the cross-functional team and stakeholders.

• Maintain current information in the CTMS.

• Assist in the creation of clinical study blueprints, protocols, and related systems and documents, such as informed consent forms, eCRFs, IRT, and CSR.

• Support the selection of vendors, development of scope, management, and oversight.

• Develop training materials related to the study for study teams, study sites, and vendors.

• Proactively identify, address, and/or escalate issues related to the study.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree from outside the U.S., usually in a nursing or scientific discipline.

• Registered Nurse licensure with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing along with relevant experience is also acceptable.

• A minimum of four years of experience in pharma-related or clinical research roles.

• Proven high level of core and technical competencies.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to apply standard business practices, including standard operating procedures, ICH guidelines, Global Regulations, Ethics, and Compliance.

• Preferably has experience from study initiation to study completion.

• At least three years in clinical trial management roles.

• Fluent in English (C1 level).

• Must reside in Madrid.
