Senior Clinical Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical support to clients and the sales team regarding clinical products and services.

• Reach out to both potential and current clinical customers to enhance and maintain business relationships.

• Collaborate with the sales team on product transitions and implementations.

• Conduct basic discovery assessments and perform data analysis.

• Identify areas of concern and propose modifications and solutions.

• Create service proposals aimed at customer growth and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (patient care, education, or medical sales/support)

• Proficiency in analyzing and reporting data

• Ability to prioritize workload effectively

• Experience in developing and delivering presentations

• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Role requires travel (by air/auto) up to 75% of the time
