Senior Clinical Revenue Cycle Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations related to clinical revenue management and charge capture enhancement initiatives.

• Utilize technical knowledge and interpersonal abilities to assist clients effectively.

• Implement technological tools to provide analysis and strategies for process improvements.

• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clients’ revenue cycles.

• Work collaboratively with client leadership across various levels.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Oversee multiple projects while leading cross-functional teams.

• Travel to client locations as necessary, up to 20% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related discipline is required.

• 3 to 5 years of extensive healthcare experience is required, particularly in professional billing coding and charging.

• Previous experience in professional services or consulting is essential.

• Proficiency in professional revenue cycle management, with a focus on coding and charge capture processes.

• Strong technical knowledge along with relevant licenses or certifications, such as CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, or RHIA.

• Leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects while guiding cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional financial and analytical competencies.

• Proficient in utilizing data and data analytics tools, including Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to engage with all levels of client and internal personnel.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, up to 20% of the time.

• Experience in professional billing coding/auditing, charging, provider coding education, or managing a physician practice or clinic.

• Familiarity with professional clinical documentation and EMR systems like Athena or Epic is preferred.

• Desired qualifications include CPC, CPPM, CCDS-O, Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration, and charge capture/coding experience.
