Retention Specialist – Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of patient recruitment strategies.

• Work closely with study teams to pinpoint the target demographic.

• Formulate and execute recruitment and retention plans for studies.

• Establish and nurture relationships with sites, CROs, and vendors.

• Perform market research to gain insights into patient needs.

• Prepare documents and materials for both Site and Participant use.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science.

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience (including Site, SMO, CRO, and/or Sponsor roles).

• Experience engaging with participants/patients in clinical or research environments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical trial process.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting trial metrics.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple timelines and projects effectively.

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
