This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Analyzing all relevant study documents to finalize the Cost and Coverage Analysis.

• Executing CCA for all BH research projects by applying clinical expertise, adhering to good clinical practices, and understanding research and government regulations.

• Developing budgets for all research activities conducted within a BH facility.

• Ensuring compliance with regulations and financial coverage requirements.

• Cultivating and sustaining productive project relationships.

• Assessing around 100 new study proposals each year, managing a research budget exceeding $3 million.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare-related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Three to five years of relevant experience in clinical research charge review and billing, coverage analysis, and clinical trials budgeting and negotiations.

• Demonstrated analytical and modeling capabilities.

• Proficient in computer spreadsheets and other software applications.

• Solid understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD10 codes as they pertain to clinical research billing.

• Experience with a Clinical Trials Management System.
