Feasibility Manager – Post Award

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Feasibility Manager is accountable for overseeing and executing pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility initiatives.

• Spearhead pre-award feasibility projects while collaborating with business development and operational strategy teams by performing comprehensive feasibility analyses and delivering presentations at internal and client meetings.

• Direct feasibility projects for newly secured and/or ongoing clinical trials and assist start-up and clinical teams with site identification, study strategies, and enrollment modeling.

• Carry out feasibility analysis and provide input for pre-award RFPs, which includes competitive analysis, historical recruitment assessments, standards of care, drug evaluations, epidemiological studies, and site and country assessments.

• Develop enrollment models aligned with the agreed study strategies.

• Contribute to the growth of the Feasibility Department and Precision for Medicine.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field.

• Proficiency and pertinent experience in the essential activities for the role, such as feasibility analysis and site identification.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays, up to 10% of the time.

• Capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English at a professional level.
