Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of clinical trial management activities, assisting your team in achieving quality results.

• Organize and manage all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure that all trials are conducted in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make essential decisions concerning trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Proven ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study effectively.

• Expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
