This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the research activities at sites involved in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Execute various study start-up tasks, including collaborating with sites to gather necessary regulatory documents and assisting in contract and budget negotiations.
• Provide training to sites on proper data collection and reporting of any potential safety-related incidents.
• Supervise the site's operations throughout the study maintenance phase.
• Conclude research activities at the sites once the study has been completed.
• Ensure compliance with the informed consent process and adherence to all relevant regulatory standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• A 4-year university degree or a Nursing Degree.
• Experience in the field of Psychiatry is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
