
Senior Clinical Research Associate – CNS/Rare Disease

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accountable for overseeing the research activities at sites involved in Worldwide’s clinical research initiatives.
• Generally engaged in all phases of the clinical study, which includes identifying suitable sites for participation in the research effort, executing various study start-up tasks such as collaborating with sites to gather necessary regulatory documents and assisting in the negotiation of contracts and budgets, training the sites to accurately collect data and report any potential safety-related incidents, managing the site’s operations during study maintenance, and concluding research activities at the sites once the study is complete.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Ensure adherence to informed consent procedures, reporting of potential safety-related incidents, and compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Bachelor’s degree or a Nursing degree.
• Required experience in CNS/Neurology and Rare Disease.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding organizational capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal or no supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
