Senior Clinical Research Associate – CNS/Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee research activities at sites involved in Worldwide’s clinical research initiatives.

• Engage in all phases of clinical studies, which includes identifying suitable sites.

• Execute study start-up tasks, gather regulatory documentation, and assist in contract and budget discussions.

• Educate sites on proper data collection methods and the reporting of potential safety-related incidents.

• Supervise site operations throughout the course of study maintenance.

• Conclude research activities at sites following the completion of studies.

• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).

• Ensure adherence to informed consent, safety-event reporting, and relevant regulatory obligations while managing sites remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.

• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to operate with minimal or no supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Bachelor’s degree or Nursing degree required.

• Experience in CNS/Neurology and/or Psychiatry is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside in the MidAtlantic or Northeast regions of the United States.

• Willingness to travel within the region is necessary.
