This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with project stakeholders to facilitate communication.

• Oversee timelines, objectives, and quality standards for clinical research projects across various therapeutic areas.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clinical sites and investigators.

• Prioritize the rights, safety, and well-being of subjects while ensuring data quality compliance.

• Conduct and document all forms of onsite monitoring visits.

• Lead the study startup phase when applicable.

• Execute CRF reviews, source document verification, and resolve queries.

• Manage communication and activities at the site level.

• Oversee study operations, timelines, and schedules for each site.

• Serve as a liaison for in-house support services and vendors.

• Assist in quality control tasks, including compliance monitoring and report evaluation.

• Take part in feasibility studies.

• Aid the regulatory team in the preparation of documentation for study submissions and regulatory approvals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (or a related field), or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience.

• Independent on-site monitoring experience in Slovakia, ideally handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven experience in conducting various types of monitoring visits during Phase II and/or III studies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Slovak and English languages.

• Experience in supporting Oncology studies is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Capability to plan, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are crucial.

• Possession of a full and clean driver's license.

• Willingness to travel as required.
