Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and take ownership of the advancement of clinical studies at research sites.

• Ensure that clinical studies are executed, documented, and reported in alignment with the protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and relevant regulations and standards.

• Coordinate necessary activities for the setup and monitoring of studies, which includes identifying investigators, assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions, and conducting pre-study and initiation visits.

• Manage appropriately sized clinical trials.

• Provide support to larger clinical study teams.

• Train and guide junior staff members.

• Engage directly with clients.

• Initiate payments.

• Partake in proposal activities, including development and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Must hold a CRA certificate.

• Minimum of 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment.

• Experience in monitoring clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.

• Must be available for domestic travel, including overnight stays, with a commitment of approximately 50-60% travel.

• International travel may be necessary for certain senior-level roles.

• Proficiency in English and the local language is essential.

• Additional language(s) will be considered an advantage.

• A graduate or postgraduate degree with a focus on a scientific or healthcare discipline is preferred.

• Experience in study start-up activities is preferred.

• Understanding of financial management is preferred for Senior CRAs.
