Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial activities in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Lead monitoring tasks for clinical trials that require specialized technical knowledge, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and guidance to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Strong comprehension of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Skilled in using relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in Turkey.
