Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Assess clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and ensure effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a thorough understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to manage various sites and projects concurrently, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data accuracy, and site management, along with experience in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
