Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and support the effective execution of trials.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to promote efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple sites and projects at once, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
