Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial activities to guarantee compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry norms.

• Take the lead on clinical trial monitoring initiatives that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and provide assistance to ensure successful trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site staff and fellow CRAs to uphold high standards of clinical trial conduct.

• Establish and nurture effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).
