Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with the protocol, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring activities that necessitate technical expertise, emphasizing quality and continuous improvements.

• Ensure that clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, demonstrating a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.

• Proven capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, exhibiting strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in Romania.
