Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with the protocol, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and support effective trial execution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to facilitate seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Previous experience in on-site monitoring of oncology studies (specifically solid tumors) is preferred.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, ensuring data integrity, and managing sites effectively.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in Romania.
