📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and facilitate the successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and maintain relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, showcasing robust organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Current experience in Oncology monitoring.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
