📋 Description

• Supervise and oversee clinical trial operations in accordance with the protocol, regulatory mandates, and industry benchmarks.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Assess clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support effective trial implementation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related area.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial procedures and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in monitoring practices, ensuring data integrity, and site management.

• Skilled in using relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and promote compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
