Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities with an emphasis on quality assurance and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate performance, address challenges, and facilitate effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated Functional Service Provider (FSP) model with a specialization in Oncology, ideally at Phase I.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific area or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site oversight.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
