📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities that necessitate technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Supervise clinical trial sites to guarantee compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and offer support for effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Deliver training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture productive relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
