Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial activities in alignment with protocol, regulatory standards, and industry norms.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate performance, address challenges, and support effective trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and guidance to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
