Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in alignment with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and support the effective execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to promote seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.

• Capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
