Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead monitoring efforts for clinical trials, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and support effective trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams for prompt and precise data gathering and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a deep understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory guidelines.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects at once.

• Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring techniques, data integrity, and site oversight.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
