Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with established protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that require in-depth technical knowledge, emphasizing quality assurance and ongoing enhancements.

• Assess clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and support effective trial implementation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee timely and precise data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory obligations.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in pertinent clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
