Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage clinical trial operations in alignment with protocol, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and continuous enhancement.

• Monitor trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory obligations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and support the effective execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate collection and reporting of data.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to facilitate efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and drive compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
